I am seriously curious as to what Jason Garrett actually does for the time the National Anthem ends to the end of the game. The only time I see him even speak is when we get a penalty against us and even then he says the exact same thing every single time " are you ******* serious."

He's a waste of skin (and my time).

Our 2015 Draft was terrible.

Our 2017 draft looks awful outside of one player.

2016 was very good (although very lucky).

2014 was good.

2013 was okay.

2012 was terrible.

By my counts, Garrett is extremely average in the drafts and has wasted a bunch of draft capital on tight ends that we don’t use and have no use for. I know he doesn’t make all the decisions, but surely he has some say.

The man is just mediocre or bad in all that he does.

My first thought has always been to put him in charge of the cheerleaders, but my GOD, I don't anyone messing with that

PR position, call it whatever the F you want....just don't attach the word "coach" to him and never, EVER let him back on the field an hour before or after a game

Just kick him upstairs. Give him some title like VP of player personnel or something like that. Make him part of the draft process. He's been good at upgrading the talent level of the team. He just does not know how to maximize that talent.

Just get him out of the locker room and off the field.
