The team is supposedly about accountability. Someone has to hold the coaches accountable...nobody else seems to be.

It's just unfortunate, THIS year should be his trial year. If you make the commitment to sign him in the first place you see it through and this is the year you would reap the benefits from the absolute shitstorm we endured PR wise last year.

I don't think anyone would be surprised if Hardy got 10-16 sacks this year playing in a position where we may actually have the lead and are in competition for a division title.

There are coaches and front offices in this league that could have made it work, either you have the balls to handle a player like this and you stick it out or you don't. Don't half *** it, but I expect nothing less from a Garrett led squad.
