Jerra and the NFL are truly out of touch with the fan base.

the execs keep dishing out acts like tom petty, bruce springsteen and now george strait and you wonder if the NFL knows its overall fan base as well as it does the people who buy expensive tickets to sit in a stadium.

Forget what you listen to on your ipods, execs, and concentrate on what the people on the street and the cheap seats are listening to. Cause it sure ain't tom petty and bruce springsteen (both acts from the 90s).

Let me say I am a fan of true country --Hank Williams, Bob Wills and the Bakersfield Sound. But not a fan of the mulletheads and pseudo country groups that play rock but package it as country. That jus makes me sick, that new country that caters to aging alky women and young men.
