So, I play a mobile game as a guilty pleasure. There's free to play and then there's a pay mode where you can have advantages. After awhile, it's not hard to see the money grab, the contrived characters and the game begins to be less fun. It can take a decade to build up a top roster in the game...and yet...after awhile when people quit, they don't make a tirade. They don't usually go on a rant about how Disney has lost the plot and it's all about money. And I think it's because they don't want to ruin it for the people who are still enjoying it as a guilty pleasure.
I think many of the homers and Dakistans feel we are being rude by stripping Jerry, the games and their playoff hopes of "magic" and drama. It's like spending all day in church questioning the existence of "god" for them.
And while I get it...I don't care. It's been 30 years...considered yourselves sucked. Time to wake up.
