We drafted Schoonmaker over Kraft. We signed Jake Ferguson to a top contract and - while he is decent - he's nothing to write home about. Same with Dak. Same with almost all of our top players we drafted.

We draft well across the line but we are dinged up, young and without depth on that line.

The bottom line is that we BELIEVE we draft well and resign these players without doing a mark to market. This quote shows why...they are not interested in an honest assessment...just propaganda. This country eats that stupidity up.

I’d say they are somewhere in the 8-14 range as compared to the rest of the league. That’s pretty much where they are with everything (Except defense this year).

As far as drafting, that isn’t good enough to not use free agency for a few starters. Every other team does.

I truly think Stephen simply doesn’t want to pay more than what he deems to be market value. Would rather lose and make excuses than pay too much money. Certainly some exceptions of course….but this isn’t about those people.
