Family vacation would Steve not be in Greece? When talking this kind of money you are going to meet face to face. If you don't want someone back you will break that over the phone but not something like this. That will be a face to face meeting, so we can look each other in the eyes and shake on it till the paper work is drawn up.

Docking fees are minimal in Greece.If you want expensive docking fees try the south of France i.e. Monaco......owning a Yacht is like having a black hole following you around ....money goes in and poof its gone baby!!!!
