He would have more trade value if he would restructure his contract, but you know he's not going to do that. If he doesn't beat out Collins this year and play well in the process, the Titans will release him instead of keeping him to avoid having to pay him more than $12 million for the 2010 season. I'm sure they would like to trade him, but I doubt that any team in the league is willing to pick up Young's contract.
