You know this how?

Because all you have to do is listen to the players.

The guys who run that locker room are Jason Witten, Barry Church, Travis Frederick, Tony Romo, Orlando Scandrick, Sean Lee, Tyrone Crawford, Doug Free, Brandon Carr, and to some extent, Dez Bryant.

Demarco Murray gushes over Witten's impact on him and other players. Church and Lee set the tone for the defensive meetings and workouts.

The players had a big hand in running Hardy off. They tolerated McClain, but didn't take him seriously. I think they are very disappointed in Lawrence, and fortunately, he seems pretty disappointed with himself. I'll bet we never hear this about Lawrence again. Randy Gregory is a troubled kid, and likely unfixable.

I think they only "help" guys that they think can be a big star for them.
Guys like Joe Randle who obviously had some mental issues, they just abandoned him after cutting him, and treated him
poorly before cutting him.
The Cowboys to this day are still helping Randle. They haven't abandoned him.

There were the injuries to Romo and Dez Bryant and the presence of Greg Hardybeing an on- and off-field distraction. The offseason hasn't seen any major injuries, but there are abundant inquires about whether the Cowboys are filling the roster with the right people.

Rolando McClain has been suspended 10 games, while another defensive starter,Randy Gregory could also be staring down a 10-game ban after he was flagged again just before training camp for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy. Still another -- DeMarcus Lawrence -- will miss four games. Were it not for the suspensions, Dallas would have a decent defense/pass rush.

And still Jerry Jones and Jason Garrett are willing to defend the "great culture" around the team.

"This organization through the years has developed a great culture by bringing in the right kind of guys," Garrett said, via Lorenzo Reyes of USA Today. "But then you take some risks, you take some chances on some other guys to see if you can help them fit in that culture. We have a number of great success stories of guys fitting into that culture.

Even the most staunch Garrett apologists have to be cringing at this point every time Garrett utters the words, "were looking for the RKG's" LOL

Does he even realize how foolish he sounds? Poor guy.

LOL......they thought Joseph Randle could be their lead back last year and lead us to a championship. How absolutely clueless can they be? Putting your championship hopes in a fool like that?

Funny that the two pillars of the RKG culture are Romo and Witten, both of which Garrett had nothing to do with acquiring.
This gets overlooked quite a bit. I think you could add Lee, Scandrick and, even to some extent, Ware to the list.

Ah so you are drawing your own conclusions.....got it. Thanks.

In other words if something is being built here, who is the next generation of RKGs? It can't just be the OL.

Maybe it's his sense of humor and he means RKG to be ironic, kinda like calling a fat guy, Slim or a tall guy, Shorty.

Out of 87 or so players on the roster 3 are suspended for violating League rules. Once the squad is reduced to 53 there will be still just 3 suspended.

Not fair to paint the entire team or its culture with such a broad brush.

Dez is well on his way to ushering us in to the new generation of RKG's. And no doubt our second round pick from next years draft as well.

Inaccurate. They showed infinite patience with Randle. Most teams would have cut him after stealing panties and cologne, not hand him a starting job for him to blow. Then he was insubordinate and still kept his job. He basically had to get locked up before they took any action.

The problem is not that they are abandoning imbeciles and loafers. The problem is that they are extending so much rope that they invariably hang themselves. If the team were run less like a friendly rehab center, there might be an impact.
I was referring to "after" they cut him.

The poorly before cutting was how they treated him after he went over the top for a TD.
I think they over reacted, and should have handled that differently,

Seattle has a great deal of success with these type of guys. Why? Cause they have the coach and GM who have created the right system and environment to handle them. We don't and haven't.

Damage control ....... its sad what a puppet Jason has become of this ridiculous regime.

Yep his statement proves he'll say whatever he has to so those pay checks keep coming.

They (the jones boys ) thought any RB's could do the job.
They changed their mind on that and got elliot and morris.

Watch how quickly the perception of our 'culture' changes once we start winning games.
