So weird that he has that perception when it's not the reality at all.

I guess because the Cowboys stage is bigger his losses in the 4th quarter are bigger. Weird.

If you graded every QB with this no room for error scale the NFL would be nothing but QB's that create critical late game errors.

especially when you compare him to guys like Phillip rivers. The guy is a turnover machine.

The funny thing is Damien woody this morning was bagging on Matt ryan while comparing him to Romo as a choker essentially all the while a highlight reel of rivers throwing the game away sunday was playing.

Perfect to me. Complaining about romo while actually showing rivers doing what he is complaining about and no one says a peep about rivers.

He is respected like Deion Sanders is. Most didn't see him play and only know him because they are such self promoters. Whatever he has to say means nothing to this Dallas team.

You know this how?

I dont understand in any way how ray lewis would end up talking to a Dallas team. What is the connection? Its not coaches or front office people.

Seems really odd.

If I am Jason Witten i would tell the guy to get the hell away from my team.
His younger brother Keon Lattimore was a RB for DAL in the preseason but didn't make the team. That was a ways back? Only thing I can think of.

Maybe he was telling us how to kill the Giants and get away with it. Metaphorically, of course.

"It was the Commanders. I was just standing here, didn't see anything."

Jerry on @1053thefan on resting starters - “No. I see us more as business as usual.” What it does allow you to do is to not push injuries.

I'm still trying to understand how playing the starters, "business as usual" will allow you less injuries?
I think he is saying that anybody with any injuries won't play if its a meaningless game. Sort of preseason rules where any minor thing keeps you on the sideline, but you could play if the game was important.

Ray Lewis....What? Puke.

This guy was on tv bagging on all the players in that locker room for the last two years.

How does something random like that happen?

It's not personal, Sonny. It's strictly business.

It makes sense if you understand the motives of the media. They like to create controversy. As in Hollywood entertainment, conflict sells, so they focus more on the negative than the positive. Like you said, the Cowboys are the biggest draw in America and have just as many haters and lovers. Sure, Tony has made critical errors at inopportune times that have cost the team the game, but he's also made a ton of game winning drives and plays as well. The fact of the matter is, when the QB's team is not a SB championship team for most of his career, the QB is going to be frequently relied upon to win the game. But no QB can do this every time, and so he's going end up making critical mistakes when the game is on the line, especially in hostile environments, when the stakes are higher and the competition is more difficult. You can see this for all the QBs in the league. The narrative around Romo was created a long time ago and is primarily a myth that has persisted even among the fan base of the team, and that is unfortunate.

I mean clearly not given Cowboys ownership and leadership invited him into the locker room.

You can disagree with it but people in position of power who know this team and the locker room better than you do thought it was a good idea to have him in.

Look at the facts and choke on your own self righteousness.
