But alot of fans post on him blindly. None of us know how he's doing. Because nobody has seen him. Spencer himself came out last week and said he expected to be ready to go week 1

Ah don't care how better he is getting.
Even if he comes back as healthy as he once was, a guy with no heart does not belong on the Cowboys. Period Pointe Blanc.

I'll believe it when I see it with Spencer.

I remember we kept Terry Glenn on an active roster all year too and kept hearing over and over how he'd be back and help us and then it kept getting pushed further and further back and then he played like 20 snaps in the entire regular season and basically did absolutely nothing for us.

Based on what was reported on Cowboys site Spencer will likely being working in pads in the next week or 2. If he can then maybe Dallas will not have to put him on PUP, Cowboys still have time to make a final determination

I think you play him on 3rd downs and 4 wr sets. Where you will get that 1 on 1 matchup with a RT

Glenn was not PUP eligible. He had artiscopic surgery which usually is maybe 6 weeks of recovery. That's only a bad move if time travel was possible then and the team could have know that 3 months into the future he still wouldn't be right

I watched Spencer do rehab work last week while I was at camp and I couldn't tell he had a devastating injury. He was moving around really good running and sprinting and doing high kicks etc... I think he is further along then most think.

Well, its really good that Jerry is talking to the media (after his week of avoiding them with those misrepresented photos and all - BTW, you know that had to kill him with no microphones for a week) so we can get some realistic TC info on the players.
