Correction. Most of that 1.5 billion was fronted by the taxpayers who had their homes razed to build that monstrosity. Jerry is not a good person.

I don't think that's true. Most was fronted by Jerry and the NFL. Arlington paid around $325 million (bond issuances) that was to be repaid by the small tax increases. Arlington agreed to pay half of the $650 million initial budget but Jerry had to cover the cost overruns. So when the cost ballooned to over a billion, Jerry and company ended up funding the bulk of the construction costs.
