They just love to hear themselves talk foo-ball.
I was on the bus Sunday, and there was a bottle of Johnny Walker Black in there.
The splash is indeed yet to come. Getcha popcorn ready!
They need to move it back to the Sunday in January
sounds like he thinks Isaiah Wynn will go "ahead of us".
Nelson is gone.
he mentioned guards,plural.
the other is Wynn.....or Daniels maybe?
The draft being in his own stadium should be splash enough.
I could shoot C. Hill for using the word splash.
We didn’t skip Free Agency
Facts be damn
I thought jerry's splash would come on the party bus!
Only way Jerry can make a splash is by drafting a QB.
That won’t happen until the third or fourth round
We didn't add any impact players in FA. That's his point. We brought in a few guys that can fill a couple of holes and be solid players but no one that you'd say is a true impact player.
I think his point is that teams often look to land impact, difference maker types with those first couple of picks they have in a draft. In fact, people who largely defend the FO for how they operate in FA (like yourself) have argued that we should use FA for depth guys and then use the draft and our high picks to land the true difference making talent.
We can't sign Hurns and a bunch of backups and then give away a 1 & a 2 for 1 player.
I think you are severely underrating Joe Thomas and Marcus Martin.
He needs to say that. I think Hurns will have a much better than expected impact. Like the best target Dak has had impact.
So Fleming will not start?
my preference obviously at WR is Ridley....but the thing about DJ Moore...he hits all those traits they seem to look for.
At LB my preference is LvE...but I also like Evans.
LONG way to go tho.
just hope they dont take a TE.
DJ Moore is the better prospect
Sometimes you don’t know you’ve made a splash for a couple years...Fred-Martin-Dlaw
Sometimes you try to make a splash and it turns out to be just a ripple..mo-Galloway-Roy Williams
Love love love Jerry, the wildcatters demise has certainly been exaggerated! Wish he would finally right a book. Love the guy...
