As the Zek case shows, it has a lot to do with whoever the judge is. Any reasonable person can see that no collusion is necessary ... no one wants to put up with his baggage compared to what he can bring to the team. However, a judge can forgo common sense if they want some headlines.

Only normal, no one wants a disruption especially at the QB position. Kap has no one to blame but himself. U r either all in as a football player again especially at the QB position or u want to be a social justice warrior, he made his choice so he should continue to protest and try to better the world.

The difficulty is proving actual collusion, which means they would have all had to get together and agree not to sign him.

I think it's clear the owners are refusing to sign him because of their fear it'll hurt their bottom line or because they don't care for what he stands for, but I doubt they all had to talk to each other to agree on that.

Yeah when you see the parade of jokers at QB that teams have scrambled to add to their rosters over him, at the very least, it should make one raise an eyebrow.

I mean holy hell, the Texans just added Matt McGloin as a back up in the wake of Watson's injury. Are you honestly going to try to tell me that McGloin is a better backup option than Kep?
