I won't join in the hysteria if Linehan moves on. If he does he has earned that right. This team has so much talent on offense it will routinely put OC into HC opportunities.

Me too, but some guys on here have said that he and Red don't get along that well. Don't know if that's legit though.

Hope Linehan realizes he makes a much better coordinator than he does as coach. Some are just not cut out for the job. Right? Wade Phillips, Norv Turner, Josh McDaniel, Romeo Crennel, etc. But should Linehan leave, I would be all for Turner coming in. He knows how to run an offense like this one. As for McClay, we got to keep this guy. Hope JJ gave him a bonus in his Christmas stocking.

I think Norv is done coaching. Can't live off a 20 year old rep forever.
With McClay? I hope we stay, but if he starts getting interviews, we will be hearing the name Lionel Vital more and more.
