Slate, i think thats part of the problem,, romo still doesnt realize what it means to be the star QB of the dallas cowboys. Granted, I can understand playing golf somewhat, but what your doing at the same time your saying you want to win a golf championship.

that you care about golf more than you care about pro football and the dallas cowboys. Your mind is on golf and not where it should be on dallas cowboys.

Just like parcells said, i like romo because he is gutsy and fiesty, but he does some things that drives you crazy and you want to kill him. Like parcells said, you have to keep him on football when he is playing a game 24/7. But you shouldnt have to do that to me, if a QB really wants to really really want to win a superbowl and a championship.

This is really getting off topic but him playing Golf is meaningless in the off-season. No way in the world you're going to sit at the practice field studying film 15 hours a day during the offseason.

His play on the field has nothing to do with what he does during his off time, the guy is human. When it's time for him to buckle down and get things done, then that's what I expect him to do.

Rowdy is easily in the lame mascot hall of shame. He annoys no one but Cowboy fans. I have no idea as to when he first showed up on the sidelines. I've somehow managed to block him completely out.

Yeah, I know, I was caught up in a weak moment on my first ever trip to Texas Stadium, we were at an autograph session with Preston Pearson and Rowdy was there.

At the time it seemed like a good idea.
