Jerry: Prescott is the best leader I've ever been around

Maybe he should let Dak be GM/QB of the Cowboys ??
Bad news for some of you though is Dak is saying he wants to play until he is 40, and Jerry says this ,after biggest contract in NFL, means dak could be QB for another 10-12 years.

Jerry says a lot of dumb things. I don’t consider this one of them. For all the Dak haters out there, his leadership ability has been praised by many dating back to his college days.
A leader...leads. to success. The goal. Makes everyone way better than their potential.

Dak does that? Where has dak led to?

Dak doesn't have to be this great awesome leader.

Jerry saying it...should give you some pause.

So, Demarcus Ware, Tyron Smith, and Zack Martin weren't leaders? Sure, Jerry is exaggerating a bit, but he's not wrong if that's his opinion. Some are suggesting that you can't lead without a championship, and that's just not true.

BTW.....I assume Jerry is talking about leadership ON and OFF the field. Remember, Dak wears a Man of the Year patch on his chest.

dak has to have the best players at every position to lead them. You can hear his lovers say this every day.

Do you honestly think Jerry is saying Dak is a better leader than Stephen or some other NFL leaders, such as owners or GMs? What about coaches........C'mon

So Jerry is saying if he were ever stuck up on Broken mountain, he would rather have nobody else to lead him but dak. Okay, sounds right.

Dak is an excellent solid leader in today's era of football.

Roger staubach is the greatest leader the Cowboys franchise has ever had and the one by which all others are judged and will be judged for decades to come long after Jerry's past.

Just think what kind of leader Troy could have been if he had taken workforce leadership. Sorry, Troy, you were no leader without the degree; those Super Bowls don't matter. You should have jumped on guys on the sidelines like dak does, while sitting on the bench by himself, pouting. You suck, Troy......

I mean he won't say Troy; he is actually almost somewhat critical of the organization on occasion. And Jerry probably knows Troy hates his guts for destroying the back half of his career.
Tbf Troy took time to grow into his leadership role. That's why Jimmy went with Beuerline longer than he needed to.

Troy developed into an awesome field general but then ended up having to do more than he should have because of Switzers hand off approach. Consequently Troy wasn't enthusiastic about it and was more pissed off than anything.
