Jerry: Prescott is the best leader I've ever been around

Dak is an excellent solid leader in today's era of football.

Roger staubach is the greatest leader the Cowboys franchise has ever had and the one by which all others are judged and will be judged for decades to come long after Jerry's past.
Did Roger ever encourage violence against referees like Dak did?

Great leader like General George Custer...notorious for leading charges in battles and being overconfident about the Battle of the Little Bighorn...which ended in disaster (death of him and his men killed by a coalition of Native forces led by Sitting Bull and Crazy Horse; comparable to our disasters in the playoffs). ;)

Use the eye test, Dak is not a natural leader it's as plain as day. He's gone through the "leadership school" and that's what you see on the field and in practice. Not natural leadership.

A true leader, has the innate leadership qualities, combined with leading by example, unbelievable determination, killer instinct, a little inspiring fear, and a pinch of isolation/mysterious mixed in.

Troy was the ultimate leader. You never wanted to let him down. Tom was your ultimate leader. These were battle field generals.

Dak is your "buddy" type of leader. Jerry is a salesman, he's basically the colonel Tom Parker in the new Elvis movie.
Eye test actually works in Dak’s favor, it’s the results that are lacking.

Dak works his tail off during games going up and down the sideline, with both the offense and the defense, challenging them, encouraging them and firing them up.

Players, both current and past, speak very highly of Dak’s leadership, both in practice and in the huddle.

Coaches are crazy about him.

As i mentioned though, the results aren’t there, specifically in the playoffs.

yep, I love it when we are losing and he's sitting on the bench by himself, pouting, almost crying. I guess this could be cheering the team on, since they don't have to see his dumb butt running up and down the sideline demanding the team to play better when he's the one who screwed up.

Dak and Jerry deserve each other.
Dak doesn’t deserve to play for the most inept GM in the NFL but I guess he doesn’t mind if he gets paid $60 mill. Dak is a great leader and QB so don’t confuse him with Jerry who loves hookers, NDA’s, and trying to cheat his real daughter. Jerry is a sexual harassing sob and Dak has had zero off the field problems. Huge difference between these two men.

I honestly couldn't care less if they both sucked in their personal life.

Just win, baby.

And they don't.

Oh.....I am not attacking you, it's just your hate that.........um....is weird!
You don't understand.

If you're rooting for Dak and Jerry then you're rooting for failure.

If you want to win, like Cowboys fans should want to do, then you must understand that rock bottom is needed right now.

Because allowing Jerry to believe they are close (they're not) will only prolong the failure.
