Dallas must have the worst draft record over the past 10 years. Our scouting department should be sacked in full, and Jerrah should look to proven results to rebuild (teams that remain competitive year after year and always seem to have a chance to win the SB).
Seriously? I suggest you take a look at some other teams' draft histories and get yourself a bit of perspective. You can start here.

FORT WORTH — After watching the New York Giants beat the Atlanta Falcons in Sunday's NFC wild card game, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones told News 8 he was ready to make some changes.
His team would have been playing the Falcons if they had been able to beat the Giants last week. Instead, Jones watched the game on TV.
He and wife Gene were at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth Sunday evening, attending a private screening of "Albert Nobbs," a new film starring Glenn Close.
"I had hoped to come to this wonderful night rushing from our stadium," Jones said. "You just realize when you're watching these playoffs how important it is, and I really hated for our fans as much as I do my feelings, because it's just a different game when you get in the playoffs."
Jones added that he was "proud" of the Giants for "peaking at the right time," but he also pledged that things won't be status quo at Valley Ranch after Dallas' disappointing finale.
"We'll make some changes; I'll assure you we'll make changes," Jones said. "When you work for youself, there's not but one thing to change — that's what's in that mirror."
"I've had to make some pretty drastic changes in my time. The only thing that stays consistent is, I've had this quarterback for 50-something years," Jones said, turning to his wife. "That doesn't change."
The Cowboys owner offered no specifics about what changes might be afoot for the Cowboys.
"We want it to get better every year," Gene Jones said.

The changes they're referring to are obviously changes to the art at Cowboys stadium. That way Al Michaels can spend 20 minutes on Sunday Night football talking about it (and Gene) each and every time there is a game there.

:lmao2: They do make a big deal about the artwork.

As far as Jerry, he really does love the Cowboys. I just wish he'd admit to the need for a "football mind" in the organization.

I'd be pretty thrilled with 2 more wins.

1 this year woulda been nice.
gimme 2 and i take the falcons game for my 2nd.

it isn't like we were 2-14.

but we were pretty crappy at 8-8 with five 4th quarter choke jobs.

Jerry could have made a MAJOR statement by having made moves starting the day after the game or that Tuesday at the latest.

But Jerry being Jerry... he wants to keep the Dallas Cowboys on people's minds, so he'll wait 'til Super Bowl week to make any announcements

he can't just make a decision...he has to hype the crap out of it.

he is proud of the New York Giants.

I don't think you would ever hear Mara or Tisch saying that about the Cowboys.
