I believe that's a good possibility also, but it doesn't matter. According to what has been implied by some, Dallas' offense doesn't stand a chance in hell of being successful without Terrell Owens. Kinda puts things in perspective, doesn't it?Big Dakota;2656807 said:I'm sure i'm in the vast minority, but with the three headed moster at RB, Witten,Martellus, Roy, Crayton and maybe Miles, i'm not sure our final receiving numbers for 2009 would look much different with or without TO.

One day Jerry #1 says one thing.
And the next day Jerry #2 says something else.
Maybe that's why he/they feel they can have a hand in every aspect of the organization?

I am a bit leery right now of taking the media at face value but the quotes indicate something Jerry said specifically.

Felix Jones has amazing ability.
theebs;2656920 said:He did it yesterday, watched americas team or jerrys dream part 4 in the video thread I put up..
That was live from last night with dale hansen, Hansen asked him right out..he said Bill parcells said this week that cutting t.o. would clear up half of the problems and then asked jerry whos opinion people should respect Bill Parcells or jerry jones...
Jerry Ducked the question by throwing parcells under the bus!
All we need to know about jerry though is he said in april that pacman wasnt coming here and all negotiations were off, 12 hours later that piece of crap was here.
So when it comes to jerry no one knows anything.

The money is coming out of Jerry Jones' pocket. Regardless of whether it's a good investment or not, if he's satisfied that he's receiving a good return on it, it's all good. He can certainly afford to throw money away. My only question is always, "How are any monies impacting the team's salary cap?" As long as any transactions do not have negative long-term consequences for signing players, it doesn't really matter how much money Jerry Jones is willing to spend on any player(s).DaBoys4Life;2657012 said:So we played barber that much money to be a back up wonderful.
Hostile;2656769 said:He probably isn't going to. Romo and Garrett are on his side. That info will probably shock some folks but it is not the first time I have shared it.
Vintage;2657191 said:It says Barber might be a backup.... doesn't mean he still won't get a majority of the carries.
You pay him for his production. If his ypc increases and he continues to score TDs, I'm not sure why'd we complain.
Waiting... this ought to be interesting - restructure? time card clause?theebs;2657194 said:norm is talking about this right now on the ticket. Apparently he has some theory on why jerry said no decison has been made yet.
