I hear ya. I like Jerry, but it's one of those things where you take him with a grain of salt. I'd rather have this than an owner who is closed minded and just makes their mind up on how they are going to do things. I like an owner with an open mind and 'never saying never.'

I highly doubt that's what Jerry actually said after he's gone to the trouble all off-season of avoiding even admitting that there's any discussion taking place.

All off-season long I've noticed headlines titled "Jones says Cowboys have not made decision on Owens" when he said nothing of the sort in the actual quote. These creative interpretations are quite amusing.

Control is right on: he didn't say that at all. He'll be back and the dysfunctional BS will continue. Sad but true. No story here, as usual much ado about nothing.
