Roy Williams shouldn't be fined.

This is where somebody like Ray Lewis would step in and molify the situation and help the Coaches and Players get on the same page.

Sadly, we don't have a guy like Ray Lewis in our lockerroom.

Even worse, we have guys in our lockerroom that have Hall of Fame talent like Ray Lewis but their personalities and leadership skills are either not there or haven't been developed, even though I think you are a leader or your not.

If you have a team where things are going well, then comments like this are inappropriate. If you have a massive amount of talent and play like crap then people, even coaches, need to hear criticism. Unless Garrett is a total freaking baby, he should take those comments as constructive. That's what adults do when faced with legitimate criticism.

You respond to peoples agreement that we need management to toughen up and start holding players accountable for their public comments that divide the team into an even more fractured state with some comments about how Romo should cry and be put on suicide watch after a loss.

Let me just tell you that we all get it. We get your obvious anti Romo agenda. We know you want him to cry publicly when they lose. We Know!

Now tell us how you feel about holding people accountable for their negative mouths to the media. The kind of thing that makes us a laughing stock to the league. The kind of comments that divide the team even further.

The only way I would agree with this, is if the more "formal" channels aren't working.

If Roy Williams has talked with Jason Garrett and exhausted all avenues internally and feels like his concerns have fallen on deaf ears, I would agree with that.

NO, your right you don't have to fine guy's for talking to the Media about various aspects of the Team, but they do have that right if something being stated is hurting the Team and to top it off they don't have to be a member of the Team and the Team controls who is either on it or off it.....now thats a Fact !!!!
