If we win it all.

All are responsible.
All get credit.

Bingo. You can't selectively blame and credit whoever you want based solely off agendas.

I've been highly critical of Jerry for the last 10 years, largely because he's whiffed on a lot of things. He and his staff have done a nice job assembling this team -- and it looks like a team that has a chance to have the arrow pointing upward for the next season or two.

And that's something I NEVER thought I'd type after watching Romo limp around the field against San Francisco 15 weeks ago.

This turn around was Possible with Maturity and stability in the offense . Helped largely to zach Martin and a rock solid oline. Linehan has been an improvement in play calling and it leads to our defense being protected. And give Marinelli credit for squeezing everything out of this d. Bc they do at least fly around and knife trough blocks pretty well. Also a much better tacking unit.

You said we lost ware rather than we bungled the cap and had to release an all pro.

I don't think it's fair to put all the draft misses on Jerry and all the draft genius on everyone else. I have been one of the biggest bashes of Jerry throughout the years. I say Jerry gets his respect simply by letting the people he hired do their jobs. Garret requested in linehan and Jerry approved. Stephen wanted Martin and Jerry didn't pull rank and draft manziel. I feel like Jerry is more open to his staff's input.

Ummm that award would go to his son. Jerry wanted the little guy up in Cleveland.

But this is where Cowboys fans confuse me. There are very few decisions where Jerry acts alone, whether it's to his credit or to his fault. For the better part of the last 20 years, it hasn't worked out to him. Some of those misses probably came because Jerry listened to the wrong person. Does that make Jerry any less to blame as the final decision maker?

Same thing applies when the moves work out, IMO.

But you do know that Jerry has overriding power lol? If he truly wanted Manziel over Zack Martin it would've happened lol. Bill Parcells didn't want Terrell Owens here and he was here. Nobody stops Jerry from getting his player.

I honestly want Jerry to get it so that it upsets Cowboy fans lol.

It would be much easier to give the guy credit if he would JUST SHUT UP!!!! Going on and on about Johhny Manziel.....AFTER Martin have proven to be a stud in the making...and Manziel had given many indications that he is a long shot to becoming a franchise QB. Or maybe if he could stop "frothing" at the mouth about DeMarcus Lawrence...as if we were about to activate the 2nd coming of Lawrence Taylor. Or his REFUSAL to have a "walk around head coach".....when it was clear to MOST of us that a guy who had NEVER called plays at ANY level....nor had he been a head coach at ANY level...might be a little overwhelmed trying to do BOTH for the NFLs most scrutinized franchise. And his latest gem...going ON and ON about DeMarcus Ware not being here...but of course Jerry would not understand how different the lockeroom is WITHOUT DeMarcus Ware....how the passion and leadership and competiveness of these young guys is flourishing because of a new temperament...a temperament that I believe DeMarcus Ware for years was supressing. So NO....NO....NO....I am not nominating Jerry for Exec of the Year. I mean how can you give a guy who credit who whines about how relevant the Cowboys would be had we drafted Johnny Manzeil? It is simply comical!!!!!

There are so many gems from this clown.....but I forgot to mention how OFTEN Jerry mentions that Randle would get 100 yards behing this OL if given the chance...which is Jerry speak for...I have put togther such a great team...ANY RB could run behind them. Which compleltely dismisses the fact that there are 16 games...and 1 one hundred yard game from your backup RB does mean much. I mean Randle got taken down in the backfield yesterday by a CB. And he actually was slung to the ground. The kid is NOT an every down RB..and he certainly is not a 16 game RB!
