I believe Jerry when he says he is all in to win with Romo now. I believe he will commit the resources to that end. It's not as easy a many think putting together a championship team 31 others out there trying to do the same.

If I understand you correctly -- that it will be Jerry's fault that Romo hasn't reached a Super Bowl by the end of his career -- then I'd say you are partially correct.
