This is my draft on how I see Jerry and Co going about it...with a little of McClay making smart picks along the way.

But 1st free agency...I think we'll make a splash with a DE plus sign a second tier CB. We will also get a decent, yet underwhelming backup QB.

FA signings- Charles Johnson DE, Patrick Robinson CB, Matt Moore QB, David Bruton S/ST Ace

Jerry has honestly convinced himself that Romo will play 4 more years so with Goff on the board he trades down. Chip Kelly steps into San Fran and gets his QB of the future. We get #7 and #37

2nd- Artie Burns CB The U
3rd- Bronson Kaufusi DE BYU
4th- Willie Henry DT Mich

Don't necessarily disagree on Driskel, but I think the front office will definitely take a QB at some point. They have to spin somebody as the QB of the future being groomed...

And Brice Butler just may be the speedy WR that we already spent a 6th on.

At this point if we are not going to take one of the top 3 QB's, then i really don't a QB unless someone falls to our 6th round pick like Brissett or Hogan.

Vernon Butler has become my favorite defensive tackle in this years draft. beast as a run stuffer but has all the tools needed to become a big time pass rusher. Would love to see what kind of player Hot Rod could turn him into.

I like Artie Burns. Wish William Jackson III didn't kill it at the combine. Burns has alot of potential too though.

Not really huge on Kaufusi but it seems we have already have interest in him.

Do you think we really take 2 DT in this years draft? I would love it if we did but im not sure if we would. If we do then i would love Ridgeway or Maliek Collins if Henry is off the board.

I wasn't a huge fan of Kaufusi until he opened my eyes at the combine with good quickness and and change of direction ability at 6'6 285. Why not 2 DT's in an incredible class for the position? I know it would buck the trend of ignoring the position, but hopefully the FO/coaching staff realizes how bad ours actually have been. A 1 tech monster like Butler + another inside pass rusher would do wonders. I also really like Collins, him or Henry would do.
