Jerry vs David Mulugheta

This time #4 and #88 are saying they want him back. No one was saying they wanted #11.
It's still a business and my facts are facts,

They already have a primary number one wide receiver, this makes team Pickens have less leverage, just because four and 88 ,and I still don't believe 88 is being honest, but that's OK, is pushing this, doesn't mean it will happen.

Just don't feel Jerry has to open up the blank check theory, I don't think he will,

but hey if he does ,that's fine with me but it better not hurt the rest of the team; left tackle; defense ;pretty much all defense;

We still have to sign Aubrey, make a decision on Williams the running back, make a decision on Clark, defensive tackle,

I mean there's just too many things his team needs with very little draft picks, and they have to actually create the money just to field a team this year let alone Be extorted this agent and player.

I think in a normal year it would be a done deal you could pay Pickens whatever you want but they don't have a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick that will come into their decision getting a 1st round pick for this guy and the things they can do with 3 1st round picks would be beneficial to the team times 100....

I’d rather CCD lamb get traded
That's not an option if I hear this one more time that OSA and Lamb can be traded you guys need to move on from your feelings You cannot do it they make too much money and have too much dead cap Not only that you have to move one guy you're going to get less war because he's already paid and you have to pay him to play somewhere else and then turn around and give a giant contract at Pickens that makes no sense at all this is why fans need to not even Internet GM's because you're not thinking in reality you're not trading away OSA or Lamb or Prescott those three guys are here if anyone's got paid last year it starts this year not only with the restructures but in new money you cannot trade these guys and be smart...

I'm sorry all of a sudden CD lamb is on some people naughty list this year but I'm sorry he's still an elite player he doesn't need Pickens on the other side to be successful see 2023 if not see his whole career But again we already talked about this on another post choosing one or the other no it's not you're either getting both or you're getting Lamb Let it sink let it take over you and then get back to us.ughh

you can't try to always tell people what to do, it's the most easiest thing for fans to do, a players not playing well the 1st thing said is TRADE him. They don't realize that if said player isn't playing well, why would another team want to trade for him. The ramifications/cap penalties involved would cripple this team!

I hope Jerry's Cowboys use the Tag that allows other teams to sign Pickens, and then we get the option to match. And if he leaves we get good picks. That would be true unbiased market value that Georgie can't argue with.

If I am negotiating with Jerry I wait until he has had the opportunity to put a few down. I also have a very attractive assistant with me. It would work every time.

The agent will always win. They are only chasing after dollars. Ther players typically get paid the going market rate.

Jerry will always lose at contracts because he is part of a collective who pays the going market rate. He is suppose to be chasing after SuperBowls. Or so we think. Contracts should not be the measure of success for the owner/GM of a sports team.

Last time I looked it was called the SuperBowl. Not the Accountant Bowl. Or the Financial Management Bowl.

You forgot that the agent walked away with the richest contract for a defensive player in NFL history. Small footnote.
Typical focus on financial front by a fan. Easily obfuscated from the primary purpose of a sports team.

It's one of the things I have finally realized when listening to what certain fans focus on. It's almost like they would rather field a slightly winning or losing team in exchange for their version of a well managed financial salary cap.

Just a real head-shaker.

19.5 Billion net worth ain't chopped liver.

Hes pleasure island wealthy
Take a look at Jerry's recent picture. He's got sores on his forehead and is not looking the greatest for his age group.

With pleasure island wealthy you should be able to come off better than what he looks. Money isn't everything, and legacy is more enduring.

History will prove to be more favourable for Bob Kraft compared to Jerry Jones in the NFL world. It will come down to the culture, the coaches, the players, the mystique and the SuperBowl record.

Kraft is reportedly worth 3-4 billiion less, but in the minds of football fans he will hold high regard for the winning record he has been the architect of since he purchased the Patriots.

Who you got, who will be the one that gets their way in the contract talks with Pickens and his other clients going forward. David is a tough cookie, he's the Drew Rosenhaus of this time frame. I think Jerry has met his match, who you got Jerry or David??
Jerry waits and waits until the deadline closes, then completely caves without putting up a fight.

I’m even convinced that Jerry inserted the no‑trade, no‑tag clause into Dak’s contract himself, just to make himself look like the fool he is.

Mulugheta wins by default, putting so much pressure on Jerry without lifting a single finger—or maybe, I should add, by lifting a single middle finger.

Time is not on Jerry's side. Dak and Lamb are on the roster for years without even playoff success. Jerry will need to keep pickens AND fix the defense if he wants any different results. I feel this time jerry may be focusing too much on the defense and won't mind passing on paying pickens 30 miillion something as long as he has lamb and other parts , while diverting funds to spend on the defense.

very good points

No liquor!?
Just bring a picture of the Patriots collection of Lamar Hunt and SuperBowl Trophies he has in his showcase.

Since 1994 he has doubled what Jerry has been able to do all the while having less money and poorer capital resources.

Money has nothing to do with football excellence.

Well since last year we have a POC for how to get what you want from JJ.
