When you cover your tail instead of manning up and telling the truth about your team's chemistry and issues, you become exactly what I despise in Owens---no accountability.
Jerry Jones does not deserve the merchandise sales from our fans, the sellout crowds, the endless defending of the Star by our fans, and mostly, the faith in him that when he signs a jailbird or diva, he is doing what’s best for us to get to the Super Bowl. Fans, please know that your endless Werder hate threads, or sorry ESPN rants only cover Jerry’s tail. Stop diverting your energy and focus away from the problems. Until the fans direct their dissatisfaction at Jerry, you can enjoy this circus for many more years.
Let’s see, we are due for one more puppet coach, another draft that includes a QB convert to receiver and a 3rd best LB on a team with 2 LB studs (Carpenter). Then a disciplinarian will come in and restore our draft picks that we are soon to lose due to trades becasue we have no #1 pick. Then that coach will wear out his welcome and…. Lather, rinse and repeat.
My dream is to win this game with Witten having 15 catches so B.O. melts down enough to get paid to stay at home (see Keyshawn). We are better without him.
