We have the talent but we are have no leadership from the coaching staff and Romo is still a little immature. We can fill the position/voids in the offseason very easily, but where do we find the "team" within this organization with the current coaching staff?

It came from the media. They essentially invent things, and then spin it to say they were either right, or the talent isn't living up to its expectations. They rarely, if ever, say they are wrong.

That is why players and coaching staff should ignore everything they say. They are irrelevant. They are only relevant if you make them so.

Sparano was the X factor here. I think he did more game planning and offensive scheming than we realize.

So now the Red Head Genius has no help, and the offense looks predictable and lethargic. That no coincidence.
