Q: What do you think will happen with the front office situation? I am worried.
Todd Nelson

TAYLOR: You can relax, for now, as it pertains to the Cowboys' front office. Although Jeff Ireland is terrific, the Cowboys have a system in place that should help them overcome his loss. The Cowboys reach a consensus grade on a player based the grade he gets from six other members of the department before they put him on the draft board. That prevents one person – Jerry Jones perhaps – from saying, "I think Jean-Jacques Taylor is the best runner in the draft, and we're taking him no matter what." One man doesn't control the draft room, which makes it less likely you're going to have a big mistake.

I feel safe in saying I don't think Jerry would claim JJT is the best runner in the upcoming draft.

:laugh2:
