I agree about not going for the head, but you want to do that in a meaningless spot. That now puts pressure on the Red Sox. It is possible that the next time the two teams face that it will be a very meaningful game and series. Can Boston afford to retaliate at that time? Everyone may be expecting it including the umps. It was good strategy by the Yanks even if he did aim high.
