I know that's not an earth shattering revelation, but..............it's just a shame he can't put his ego and kids aside, see what's best and hire a football guy to run this organization and LEAVE HIM ALONE TO DO HIS JOB. I understand, it's his billion dollar toy, his kids need jobs someday......that can all still be intact with even more Super Bowl trophies than the 3 he's won now, if he would just put his ego aside.
