I have the Raiders-Rams replay and they said that Judd's wife passed away from an illness last Sunday. First I've heard of this news.

4 kids, no Mom. That's rough. 38 is way too young to be having heart attacks.Big Dakota;1604304 said:Death in the Rams' family
Kathy Garrett, the wife of Rams tight ends coach Judd Garrett, died on Sunday morning. She was 38.
"Our prayers go out to Kathy's family, Judd and their four children," Linehan said.
Linehan said Kathy Garrett died of complications from a heart attack that she suffered late last week.
Kathy Garrett was an All-American soccer player at Princeton.
Judd Garrett is in his second season with the Rams. He spent the previous six seasons with the Miami Dolphins.
Garrett's father, Jim, had a 30-year career as an NFL assistant coach and scout, while his older brother, Jason, is the offensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys and his older brother, John, is the tight ends coach for the Cowboys.

My brother-in-law's 1st wife died at 33 of a heart attack. She hadn't ever taken steroids and wasn't an athlete. Not sick a day in her life. Left 3 kids.Bob Sacamano;1604563 said:I don't want to sound like an arse, but isn't anyone else getting the suspicion of steroids? doesn't steroids complicate the heart? if not, then I don't believe it
