This will probably be the headline in 2 years about the Brady case. CBAs are usually pretty hard to overturn.

the case with this is when they signed the CBA, they agreed to drop any lawsuits from anything prior to the signing of the CBA. The NFLPA's argument is, had they known this was going on, they would not have agreed, however, several statements from officials during the lockout alluded to this course of action, so I don't see how a judge can allow them to sue. Anything going forward is fair game though.

Collusion is pretty hard to prove especially if 30 of 32 witnesses deny the existence of a "Gentlemen's Argeement" about the uncapped year.

You need to come to terms with this, buddy.

Your team is known for one thing, and one thing only, and that's a complete lack of integrity. They are everything I don't respect in a man.

The only thing worse than the team is the willful blindness of their fans in defending everything they do. Nevertheless, this will never ever change:

That's essentially what happened. The players sold out the Cowboys and the Commanders. The current CBA has a clause which pretty much indemnified the league against any collusion prior to the implementation of the new agreement. They got something in return for this concession, so they're not losing any sleep.
