I just looked at his highlights at NFL.com. Seems like he got some of his self-confidence back. Had some nice runs and the guy looked good to me.

I hope he can get his career back on track.

I've always liked JJ, FWIW. He wasn't "bad" per se, here, but he just was never able to get on track.

He started out his rookie year with an injury, didn't get action until late in the season, and then the year after, we drafted MB3 to help carry the load, only for him to suffer yet another injury.

If anything, he just wasn't able to establish an identity here. His brother Thomas was alot like that early in his career. I hope he's able to achieve success in Seattle.

That 49ers run D is fearsome...

At least 90% of success in this league is predicated on taking advantage of the teams you are supposed to.

Whats the other 10%? The refs doing what they did to the Chargers TWICE last night? :laugh2:

Julius is a softy!...He got his feeling hurt here and instead of using the split carries as fuel and do the most with them to prove us wrong He Played like Garbage!. The Guy is soft and is not a Guy I would want to have on my team.

His rookie year showed his potential. The last two years showed his soft attitude. See ya later JJ, hope You grow some balls in Seattle.

Julius looked good yesterday but then again every back is going to look good against the Niners defense because it sucks.

I watched bits and pieces of the 2nd half, he indeed looked pretty good :

I expected to see the same old pile magnet but truth is, there weren't many piles...He had holes to run in that were pretty good running lanes and he actually showed some wiggle through some here and there too...Saw only a few instances where he buried his head like a turtle and went to the pile.

Makes me 'believe' that schemes and the Niners defensive objectives had something to do with that...They looked more to defend the pass than they did putting 8 or 9 in the box, even with the WR problems of Seattle.

Plus, it was odd how infrequently they blitzed...I gotta think it was the scheme/plan of SF's but who knows.

All in all, Julius did look good

He looked slow on the runs I saw. Just like he looked here. Capable of gaining yards through a gaping hole, but not much more.

I'm glad to see Ju Jones had a good game. I think Dallas did the right thing and I'm very happy with our RB situation but have no ill feelings towards Jones. Sometimes a change is what a player needs to get back on track

:damn: :damn: :damn: :damn:

OUTTA SIGHT OUTA MIND ............................................... WHAT A WASTE OF YEARS ON THIS CLOWN

He didn't look all that great to me. It was a workman-like performance. But he ran up the back of his offensive line a few times. Having said that, the Seahawks offensive line aint what it used to be.

Julius looked better than he had in his last days in dallas but he didn't look like the julius that we all had hoped he would be.

His long TD run was a good one but he was helped big time by some of the worst tackling I have ever seen.

Hes a decent back but nothing you would write home about.
