for the 7th year in a row our heroes have failed us in their last game of the regular season. i thought last year was bad but in reality im sure there was a natural letdown knowing they were not playing for any post season hopes. and i realize that this year a playoff berth was already clinched. BUT... a win today and an eagles loss and the Boys could have been playing at home next week. instead we were treated to an uninspired, gutless, mistake filled display of ineptness. watching that game you had to wonder if the boys in blue even cared. i hope the millions of tv veiwers saw it differently than it looked to me at the stadium. as soon as that interception was nullified on the first series it looked like we just deflated. our first 6 plays gained us a whole 2 yards. woopeee. i know we eventually scored 31 points, but you do know that was a 2-13 team we were playing dont you ? that 2.7 yards per carry tells me we got whipped. and that powerhouse offense that detroit trotted out there ?? i hope everybody saw that stephen peterman ( you know, that 2nd round draft pick of bills that never played for us) was the starting right guard. im telling you that game was embarrasing. the crowd was never into it either. my gosh it was only the 2nd quarter when some of those idiots started trying to get a wave going. the game was so bad that when it was over the fans didnt even boo the sorry way it ended. everybody just left. i didnt even want to stop and buy gas on the way home because i was afraid somebody would want to talk about the game and i wasnt sure i could even be polite about it. yeah yeah i know we got next week to worry about ...but tonight i need to rant. so there it is..maybe i will feel better now. nope i dont. later Poke :bang2:

There is only one thing that fans can do that might change this, we gotta hit Jerry where it hurts most, in the wallet and bank account. Just boycott going to the games. It is really the only power we have to hopefully prompt the kind of real change that needs to take place to make this a great team once again.

I went the the Rams game last year when they did'nt even bother to show up and after that game I decided I would'nt go to anymore games until I see a total successful season with atleast 1 playoff victory.

When Romo came in this season and was playing well I wanted to go to a game so bad, but I controlled myself and did'nt go to one. Now I'm atleast glad I did'nt give in.

Some might say I'm not a real fan, but like you said in the original post, we've been seeing this garbage for atleast 7 years, really longer. Real change is needed it's time for fans to show their real voice, their dollar.

funny you should mention not going to any more games...i told my wife on the way home that as bad as i hated to admit it...i didnt want to go to any more games because i hate leaving that stadium so disgusted. of course i won't stick with it cuz i am hopelessly committed but you are right about that being
our only way to voice our displeasure.

I'm deeply committed also, I guess that's why I'm always on here whining about something that I don't have any control over except the way I spend my money.
