Just saw Calvin Hill

Hey zoners.
No big news but just strange to see him in a Trader Joe's in Silver Spring, Md. I saw him and said hello in training camps in both San Antonio and Oxnard so to run into him a 3rd time in Maryland seems odd but cool. Had a chance to ask him if things are different in terms of team character and he stated things were not bad before and that things were overblown. Also said T.O. was a good guy. He said they showed off the stadium to the players and they were in awe. He seemed in awe himself and excited about the stadium. Sorry nothing more glamorous than this and he was in a bit of a hurry it seems. He is a terrific person. (Talk about your good character!!)

Good for you. Calvin Hill does seem like a terrific person like you said. I was wondering if he still lived in the Maryland/Virginia/DC area. I guess this answers that.

Calvin is a great person......I used to walk with him from the Marriott to the Dome for training camp......one day Grant called on his cell phone and he ask Grant to say hello to me......it was really cool.

I gave him a extra football card of him self from 72 team (I believe) anyhow, he really liked it at the time.
