That would be my pick with the Browns choice. We are going to need a top CB and he looks like the best for our kind of D. No WR since the bust factor is too great; McFadden will go first or second and I think that the Chiefs and Falcons will be 1 & 2. Brohm and McFadden will go then I bet- though the chiefs might pass on McFadden. I wouldn't if I were them since Johnson despite his new contract is probably going to wear down in a couple of years.
But if that OT is as good as claimed they will go there. I think it is much more critical to the team to get a top CB then any other position. Our young WRS I think will show enough for Jerrah to pass on any WR not like Calvin. ANd there are no signs that anyone like that will be there in 2008.
With our pick I would be looking hard at maybe a NT, or DE depending on how Hatcher and Spears and Canty look this season. If 2 of them show really good signs then I would more likely look at trading down.

Concur strongly that our biggest need is for a CB. Newman turns 30 next year and we've got only Anthony Henry & Jacque Reeves behind him and that doesn't inspire confidence. I don't watch much college football but have heard about King & also Malcoln Jenkins. I would like McFadden if we don't re-sign JJ & MBIII doesn't show he's our future starter. What I don't want Jerry to tell is send our 2 first rounders in a package to get McFadden cause of other needs elsewhere.

I agree a top notch corner should be priority one
