The Kansas City Chiefs have announced they have signed free-agent SS Dowayne Davis (Cowboys) to their practice squad.

Dowayne Davis cleared waivers, so he wasn't technically claimed by the Chiefs.

If we wanted him on our practice squad, I'd think he'd have stayed here rather than move to a new scheme and team.

Our receiver dilemma might have cost a player his spot. I don't know if we will carry Amendola and Jefferson on the squad all season once our reserves are healthy.

we re-signed Killa Keith, so don't really need to worry about Dowayne

guys like him are a dime a dozen, every year, no need to stash him on the PS

this is actually a good thing

looks like our scouting department is highly thought of, like how we used to pluck guys off Baltimore's roster, and want to pluck guys off New England's roster, we have bad teams wanting to pluck players off our roster, that we scouted and once thought something of

it's very exciting to think about how far we've come that our castoffs might be someone else's treasure

also dont forget the chiefs were on hbo hardknocks last year, best i remember

so 10 to 1 they watched some of the footage of cowboys out at hardknocks too
