How is Dak supposed to take this team to the playoffs every single year?

It’s not just the defense. We are in bigger trouble, because of our OL. Collins hip issue seems major and Smith is getting really old. I have no faith in Philbin and our RG has been deteriorating ever since Callahan left.

To effectively coach even Callahan would need a predominantly healthy line and backups. Philbin did the best he could with our season long patchwork offensive line where at one point Connor Williams was the most healthy and experienced offensive lineman and that is not saying much. Also Callahan has been coaching the Commanders line for 5 years. Philbin just one year with the Cowboys.

Callahan is one of the best in the business. I wish he was still with the Cowboys but Philbin certainly deserves credit coaching our decimated line during this past regular season.
