Awesome.
Now prove to us you want to win so Wade doesn't have to answer questions about the team collapsing in December because the team he's in control has just won a crucial game against the Chargers.
And don't think for one second that this will do anything more than give the media an even bigger story next if the Cowboys come out on Sunday and choke against the Chargers.
I like Brooking. But I hope he's ready to back up this talk with some walk. He didn't have a good game on Sunday. And he better hope he plays a lot better this Sunday because if not he's going to be the target next Monday, not Wade.
What I hate about this.
Brooking is new here and he's fallen into the trap. Now he's fighting with the media. I didn't see this team bond all that great last season when some players began fighting with the media so why would I think it's going to help this season?
Is there ever going to come a day when the Cowboys main opponent if the next team on the schedule? I hope so.
Fighting two battles every week while the opposing team is only fighing one puts the Cowboys in a awkward spot. And recent history proves they not only lose the battles, but also the war.
