why not this guy

Strengths Combines size and raw speed. Before knee injuries possessed blazing, third-level speed. Had 12 percent of his runs in 2012 go for 15-plus yards. Has the burst gear and bend to squeeze through constricted run lanes. Tight, efficient footwork for quick lateral cuts before getting run back on track downhill. Makes early tackle attempts miss. Intelligent player who can learn quickly. Limited production in passing game, but able pass catcher.

I would look long an hard at this kid

The only knock on this guy was Chubb was better and Marshall was often nicked up when needed. But his athleticism and strength is undeniable. he was also a track guy.

Always liked him as a sleeper in the 6th-7th Rd. I'm not sure some team doesn't take a chance on him with a 4th or 5th Rd comp after his 40 though. I would definitely take a chance on him with a late pick on the hopes that he could stay healthy if he makes it that far.

I have a great feeling he will be one of our targets. Stephen and Jerry love finding gems others passed on. He's best running in a zone blocking scheme. would not mind hearing his name with our 6th as long as we take care of running back depth in free agency(which i feel we will do. most likely not the player most wants tho)

Like Marshall too. Could be a bigger, stronger and faster Dunbar at the very least. Also has good forward lean but seems to go down a little too easily especially for a guy with his size. Would love to get him with a 5th (trade) or lower if possible. Taking him with the 4th or earlier is a little rich especially for a draft with great value in middle rounds but Marshall could be the next Terrell Davis.

A sleeper and player we should keep our eye on. Looks to me like the player and RB the skins got last year that ended up being the reason why Morris is on his way out.

Yep. Him and Malcom Mitchell are 2 great mid round prospects.

Honestly, there is no way he'll go in the sixth. He'll go in the third, when talent starts to dry up, and be taken ahead of more productive running backs

I am pretty sure he was a 5 start recruit too. It just seems like he was always injured or shuffled behind gurley and chub.

Yea I read somewhere he was a 5 star recruit but wasn't able to play a lot due to injuries and Gurley. I wouldn't mind drafting this guy at the end of the 4th round. He has some potential but the only problem is of course is health.

I think he is just no fully recovering.

He didn't play much in college after his injury so that is a huge plus imo.

He also killed it at the Combine.
