The cowboys, where coaches go to get on the job training,, with very little past experience.

Frankly..

It would not bother me if coaches came here..

improved us and profited themselves with a better job.

But nobody I know has really done that except Sean Payton.

As for on the job training..

with the nepotism of Jerrah..

everybody was self-made in the Dallas Organization.

and learned how to run everything without a minute having ever been on another staff.

Think about that and then it's no wonder we are always rolling our ball uphill.

Can he get on the job training somewhere else? Maybe he will be amazing, but he could also suck big time.

You could say that about many vet OC who have been fired more than a couple of times yet seem to get another job.

Unless we are getting SP I'm fine with this especially if they see something in him. Judging how he would be as a playcaller based on info we as fans have to this point is folly and purely based on the fact you don't like him or this staff.
