Can we just get an OC with some imagination? Freddie Kitchens was a RB coach who had never called plays. He got input from the players on which plays they like to run best, & proceeded to create an offense that ranked second in average yards per play since the merger. Find a coach with a small ego, who is willing to listen to alternative ideas. The Browns are actually fun to watch now, in this dunk & dunk NFL.
