actually, garrett can boast having led the top 10 offense three times as OC...once a top 2....

but I agree, Moore sucks.... and he is here because of Linehan's infatuation with him. that's why Wilson left, because he couldn't work with Linehan

Garrett was not a NFL starting caliber QB but he was 100x better than Moore. Garrett has lit up opposing defenses in real NFL games. Moore never sniffed that level of play.

As for OC skill set, no idea if Moore would suck because he has not shown anything or been put in a position to design a game plan, his own offense or call plays. So far he has yet to develop talent but it is year 1 so he has time to prove he sucks or has potential. IMO he should have been made asst coach to learn from the real coaches.

I think JG threw for over 300 yards vs the Pack on that Thanksgiving day. Moore got 300+ on the loss to the Skins. To be honest, that's all I know about either ones career.

Both are entitled, "good ole boys" who have not earned their positions they hold. But Jerry puts having friends in positions rather than putting winning as a priority. As long as Jerry is comfortable, then the fans are happy, right?

If Moore were to ever be promoted by Jerry, he would have a hard time being as incompetent making gameday adjustments and clock decisions as Garrett. In no way do I endorse Moore to EVER be a coach here but it would not be hard to do better than Garrett. We have the bar set about as low as it can go with our current coach.
