Would love to have him - if he slipped into the 2nd round.

If we trade down in the first then all options should be open including OL and WR.

He's about 10 pounds and a biscuit away from becoming a TE. It wouldn't surprise me if he gets converted into a TE somewhere down the road.

Kelvin Benjamin's ball tracking ability is second only to Sammy Watkins in this draft. His in-route adjustments, particularly on deep balls and fades is uncanny.

On the subject of big recievers...Brandon Coleman out of Rutgers measured in at 6'6, 220. Ran 4.50. 3-4th round prospect.

Thought Benjamin would run a little faster. I was thinking he'd be a dark horse for our 1st in a trade down but no way should a team take a slow WR in round 1.

The WR that really surprised me was Jordan Matthews. I thought he'd be 4.6/4.65. Instead he ran a 4.46 with a 35.5 vertical, 10 3/8" hands, at 6'3"/212. Great hands and good route runner. Plus, unlike Benjamin, he's not untapped potential. He showed up every game. With his physical attributes and production, seems like he would be seen as a late first now.

Donte Moncrief also did well for himself. Really don't want a WR before round 3, but value may be too good to pass up in round 2.

The line between WR and TE is becoming pretty blurred....with the amount of spread formations being run its almost pointless to try and differentiate. A guy like Benjamin could be utilized a ton of different ways.

I don't want any player that the Cowboys have to think outside of the box a little to use effectively on the field.

If he isn't a true WR or true TE we might as well forget about it with these coaches.

Don't like him. Skinny lower body and had to be told in practically every drill what to do, twice. He might be big and all that, but I take Beckham way before him all day, every day.

I'm hoping that changes at least a little with Linehan, but yeah you're right, creativity and Jason Garrett don't seem to go together very well. Would probably just be a waste of talent to have someone like Benjiman or even these hybrid smaller RB's like Thomas on the team if the play calling remains the same.
