Not sure about that. Seems they are more working the trade for Cooks angle.

Eagles only have like $14MM in cap space. A guy like Jeffery, even if they structure it a certain way, would eat up a huge chunk of their cap available and would mean they would have to make some more cuts to get space to fill other big needs.
