Whats upwith him running out of bounds when he can clearly pick up another 3 to4 yards easy.

The 2nd time at the end of the game he stepped out of bounds and left us 1 FREAKING yard shy of a 1st down. We didnt pick it up and we had to punt from around the Fifty.

Key could have easy lower his shoulder and picked up3 more yards! This is the end of the game and our big 6' 2" 210 lbs can run into a safty to pick up the first?

Unless he was kicking field goals, playing LB or calling plays, there are plenty of people who deserve blame.

Key's not one of 'em.

No kidding... You can't lay this at Keyshawn's feet.... Cundiff's miss, Newman's drop, the list goes on and on... it's incredible that the stats are so lopsided in the Cowboys' favor because they did not play well today.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree.......You can put this loss on a few players...and a few suspect play calls...but not on key

I'm not down on Key because he did a lot of good things in the game. I just always hate it when any player goes out of bounds and comes up a yard or two short of a first down. He could have cut it back inside and picked up the first down or come right to the mark.

And then when John Lynch levels him, forces a fumble, and has Bailey return it for a touchdown you'd probably be screaming that he should have ducked out.

Keyshawn is not at fault.

I was griping about this for the last hour myself. Key is too big to let a 5' 10" corner run him out of bounds. I think if he gets the first down we go down and get another field goal try.

Brining Witten back into the game plan is a great sign that Parcells has more faith in Pettitti. It also means a heckof a lot more 1st downs. We need that big body leaning forward as much as possible. if he's not catching at least 6 balls a game we're wasting some opportunities (in my opinion).

I dont think you people have seen the plays. He could have went 3 or 4more yards before contact. He didnt even need to run anyone over! They would have just push him out. Go rewatch the drive right before the 2 min warning. Key steps out of bounds and could have easy pcked up the 1st without taking a hit. On the replay the guy is like 4 yards ahead of him.

Keyshawn didn't *intentionally* run out of bounds until AFTER he passed the first-down marker. But from where they marked the ball, he must have *unintentionally* stepped on the sideline earlier. There were people in the way on the reverse-angle replay, so you can't see where he stepped out of bounds, but I was shocked when they marked it out of bounds way back where they did.

We were griping about this because we thought he made the first down by a FEW yards before going out. When it was 2nd and 1, we were all confused at home. Does anyone have the tape on this one to verify he went out early.

Seemed like we got ripped off... This was the biggest call at the worst time for us. Three plays killed us...the bad spot on this one, the lousy 3rd and 1 pass that followed and the missed kick. Other then beating up on scrubs with our running game (ariz/det and I don't classify Seattle as a good run defense, we have not had one all season.:banghead:

No need to blame, once again we were not able to execute. (Billys' missed FG) that shoulda' put the game away.
