Wade isn't too rough, he doesn't do squat. He should come out and bench Roy and make a statement to the team, but when he does finally say something, it's just being a d*** to the kicker. Say something like that to Roy to fire him up, not to the new kicker.

The truth is that no one on this board really knows what Wade has said to Roy behind closed doors.

Roy is being paid a lot of money, and has cost us picks. If he isn't the long term answer, then JJ needs to find out now. He won't know the answer of he's on the bench.

Fact of the matter is that highly paid players get a pass with regards to being benched. I don't know that this is an indictment of Wade.
