Either Paul Edinger or Mike Vanderjagt will be signed by the New England Patriots, possibly by the end of the week. I'm just telling you this because it means one more veteran kicker will be off the market soon. My money is on Edinger. He appears to be the favorite right now.

I hope its Edinger, he isn't very good and the Cowboys have never showed interest in him. He was available last year and they had no interest. We need Vanderjagt to sign with Miami, so that they will cut Mare.

He's a restricted FA which means Seattle can match any offer made for him. They declined to keep Steve Hutchinson which means they have plenty of cap room. He isn't going anywhere in a dried up Kicker market.
