Jones was a guy I was giving the eyes to across the room before we traded away our 1st round pick. I was just trying to get past the fact that he's from Duke.

Then again, the greatest of all time comes from North Dakota St.

Wide Receivers
6. *Collin Johnson, Texas
7. *Hakeem Butler, Iowa State[/QUOTE]

I know we just addressed the WR spot, but we may have some turnover at the position (Cole Beasley & Tavon Austin are free agents, Terrance Williams & Allen Hurns as possible cap casualties).Johnson and Butler are both huge targets (6'6" around 220 lbs) and have had impressive this season. I got to watch Johnson abuse my Trojans corners up close and personal this year.

Tight ends

1. *Noah Fant, Iowa
2. *Irv Smith Jr., Alabama
3. **Kaden Smith, Stanford
4. *Caleb Wilson, UCLA
5. **T.J. Hockenson, Iowa
6. **Albert Okwuegbunam, Missouri
7. *Jared Pinkney, Vanderbilt

All significant upgrades over what we have now. I've watched Irv Smith, Jr. a few times this year and have been impressed.

Centers
1. Elgton Jenkins, Mississippi State
2. *Michael Jordan, Ohio State

If Frederick is done, these two would be ideal replacements.

Defensive ends
5. Montez Sweat, Mississippi State
6. Zach Allen, Boston College
10. *Kenny Willekes, Michigan State

Depending on free agency, D Line could be a huge need for us. Sweat seems like he's just scratching the surface. Allen is a grinder; he keeps coming. I love Willekes and kind of hope he stays another year in East Lansing. He has Marinelli written all over him.

Defensive tackles
5. *Dexter Lawrence, Clemson

Doubt he lasts til the 2nd round but Lawrence could be the dominant 1Tech fans have here have been clamoring for.

Cornerbacks
4. **Byron Murphy, Washington
9. Iman Marshall, USC
10. *Justin Layne, Michigan State

I've watched Murphy since his freshman year in high school..big fan. Iman Marshall had a bonehead penalty this past weekend but has quietly been having a Byron Jones-like shutdown year for USC. Layne has good size and athleticism, he's been playing both ways for Michigan State this year.

Safeties

1. *Deionte Thompson, Alabama
3. *Taylor Rapp, Washington
6. Juan Thornhill, Virginia

I've been begging for an upgrade at safety and we were probably in a position to draft Thompson before the trade. Rapp and Thornhill are better than anything we have but aren't sure things. Hopefully we address the position in free agency (come on down Earl Thomas and/or Landon Collins).

Any chance Noah Fant makes it to the mid 2nd round?
Probably not.

A am a BPA in the first round guy but I would like to get one of the top TEs in the 2nd.
Of course it all depends on how the draft falls .
