KTCK "Ben & Skin" Show-Inside Info Says TO To Miss 1st Playoff Game

So was I the only person listening to drivetime sports talk radio today in the metroplex, because I haven't seen this posted on here yet. The "Ben & Skin" show was filling in for the still-vacationing "Hard Line" program, and they were claiming to have insider information from within the Cowboys organization calling the Owens injury very serious and ruling his return to action on January 13 unlikely. Again, they claimed on the air that this was from someone within the Cowboys organization.

Anyone else hear this?

Just throwing it out there.

It's hard to know what the real deal is. Today's announcement basically said he was progressing like we had hoped, but then said he was able to put a shoe on for the first time. That doesn't sound like a major improvement.

I'm beginning to think they are using TOs injury status to cause confusion for our opponent. So much conflicting reports players saying hes fine and excited to play, coaches say hes sad and in his chamber of sorrow, owner says he will be fine then a few hours later says he could possibly miss the first game.

These Two are Basketball Guys, I heard a little bit of the show this Afternoon, they said it was worse the Henry's High ankle sprain, however, I wouldn't put much stock in Anything they say,by all accounts, T.O. is rehabbing well and he loves nothing better then all this talk about him missing the first playoff game only to come riding to the rescue.

My son recently had a very bad ankle sprain with ligament damage and no fracture. Doctors initially said 3 weeks in a boot. I went to 2nd and 3rd specialists who said 1 week in boot, and by week 2 he was working out with offseason baseball team and by week 3 mostly healed. Iffy maybe to play football but he does not have TO's resources and training staff.

I'd be stunned if TO misses this game.
